LJ's Fitness offers a number of different classes for a wide range of fitness levels.

300 PLUS KICK 30 minutes of calorie burning!! - Getyour heart pumping and burn calories with this mix of high and low impact aerobics, athletic movements, and high-energy music.

BEGINNERS YOGA If you are interested in learning the postures (asanas) of yoga, this is the class for you. It will also involve deep stretching and balance practice end with a relaxed meditation.

BODY PUMP The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, lunges, and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!

BOXING is Back at LJ's! Men, Women & Kids of all fitness levels can improve coordination & burn calories during this 2 hours of non-stop training with our local boxing professional, Craig Tomlinson. Learn the fundamentals of boxing & conditioning using the heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag & focus gloves. Class size is limited & you must pre-register. Members($30) & Non-Members($40) are invited to participate in this intense training seminar. Boxing will add an amazing new dimension to any workout regiment!

BUTTS n' GUTS 45 minutes to help you look good coming & going! This class is designed to train your core, glutes & more!

CARDIO KICKBOXGet your heart pumping and burn calories with this mix of high and low impact aerobics,including kickboxing, and athletic movements, and high-energy music. Easyto follow, with options given for all fitness levels.

RESTORATIVE YOGA/ YOGA STRETCH A gentle yoga class that focuses on replenishing the body's energy through slow stretches and healing postures. Classes are 30-45 minutes in length with emphasis on breathing. Individuals who struggle with body aches or sickness will benefit from this class.

SILVER SNEAKERS CIRCUIT You don't have to be "silver" but you will get fit using dumbbells,resistance tubing and light cardio. Great for strength, balance and a full body workout.

SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC (ABC) It's for everyone who wants joint health and greater rangeof motion with effective, creative exercises.

SILVER SNEAKERS YOGA / STAND STRONG Aform of standing strength exercise which emphasizes the balanced development ofthe body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness.

Ener CHI This is a traditional and ancient Chinese practice- the goal of improving mind/body health.

YOGA FIT A more active yoga class that includes sun salutations and flowing posture sequences, followed by stationary standing, seated, and lying poses. This class will give you both a strengthening and stretching workout! Best of all, no yoga experience is required.

ZUMBA FITNESS The perfect balance of RED-HOT Cardio and TOTAL-BODY Toning! This dance/fitness class works all the major muscle groups in a high energy cardio blast that leaves the participants invigorated and full of life. Zumba**is a low impact dance party!
