massageLJ's Fitness offers a number of different massage therapy options. Our therapists are experienced and able to work with you to meet your specific training, relaxation, or therapy needs.

Types of Massage

  • Swedish - a relaxing and soothing massage that helps to ease minor aches and pains
  • Deep Tissue - works problem muscles with a deeper and more sustained pressure
  • Heated Stone - an addition to either a Swedish or a Deep Tissue massage to increase effectiveness
  • Post Workout/Chair - a quick clothes-on massage done shortly after a workout to help reduce muscle soreness
  • Specialty Medical Massage
