Insanity

Live in person or Zoom – 45 minutes of high intensity calorie burning! Get your heart pumping and ramp up your metabolism with a mix of high and low impact exercises. Suitable for most fitness levels, all segments are timed so you are able to do what you can, just keep moving!

Flex

Live in person or Zoom | This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, lunges, and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Yoga Stretch

A low impact yoga class all on your mat consisting of breathing and stretching exercises. There is no rush with this class. Excellent for the beginner yoga student, people who suffer from stress, or just those who wish to relax and learn how to quiet the mind.

Fitness Fusion

Live in person or Zoom | Helps you to look good coming & going! This class is designed to train your core, glutes & more!

Cardio Kickbox & Taebo

Live in person or Zoom | Get your heart pumping and burn calories with this mix of high and low impact aerobics, including kickboxing, and athletic movements, and high-energy music. Options given for all fitness levels

Boxing

Men, Women & Kids of all fitness levels can improve coordination & burn calories during this 2 hours of non-stop training with our local boxing professional, Craig Tomlinson. Learn the fundamentals of boxing & conditioning using the heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag & focus gloves. Class size is limited & you must pre-register. Members($30) & Non-Members($40) are invited to participate in this intense training seminar. Boxing will add an amazing new dimension to any workout regiment!

EnerCHI

Silver Sneakers EnerCHI is a NEW signature class, a spin on Tai Chi using proven poses to improve balance, strengthen muscles and help members find their inner CHI. It’s low impact and modifications are provided to lower or raise the intensity.

L.I.I.T

Get L.I.I.T. Low Impact Interval Training. 45-minute class is designed for moderately active older adults. “Experience” will focus on increasing flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace with the option of exercising with a chair.

Silver Sneakers Yoga /Yoga Stretch

Live in person or Zoom | Great for beginners or if you simply want a good stretch! Consists of poses, stretches and “strength” elements all on the mat. Suitable for most fitness levels.

Easy Ride

This 30-minute class is perfect for those new to indoor cycling and/or building up fitness, but still takes care of business with an excellent workout. … Best of all, you will learn how to ride the bike in a way that maximizes your fitness, while minimizing any risk of injury.

Yoga Flow

Live in person or Zoom| A more active yoga class that includes sun salutations and flowing posture sequences, followed by stationary standing, seated, and lying poses. This class will give you both a strengthening and stretching workout!

Zumba & Zumba Strong

Live in person or Zoom | The perfect balance of Cardio and Toning! This dance/fitness class works all the major muscle groups in a high energy cardio blast that leaves the participants invigorated and full of life.

Spin, Sprint & Spin-Sanity

Live in person or Zoom

Spin: A 30 minute to 60 minute stationary bike cardio class for everyone. Low impact.  Exercise at your own pace. But – this high energy class will ask you to challenge yourself! 

Sprint: a 25-minute Interval Training workout, using a spin bike to achieve fast results. It’s a quick and efficient style of  training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.

SpinSanity: A 45 minute stationary bike cardio class for everyone. This class will ask you to challenge yourself!  There is an OFF THE BIKE body weight component to this class that provides a full body  workout.
