300 + & Insanity

Virtual Class | 30 minutes of high intensity calorie burning! – Get your heart pumping and burn calories with this mix of high and low impact aerobics, athletic movements, and high-energy music.

Body Pump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, lunges, and curls. Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Beginner Yoga

If you are interested in learning the postures (asanas) of yoga, this is the class for you. It will also involve deep stretching and balance practice and end with a relaxed meditation.

Butts n’ Guts / Core & More

Virtual Class | Helps you to look good coming & going! This class is designed to train your core, glutes & more!

Cardio Kickbox & Taebo

Get your heart pumping and burn calories with this mix of high and low impact aerobics, including kickboxing, and athletic movements, and high-energy music. Options given for all fitness levels

Boxing

Men, Women & Kids of all fitness levels can improve coordination & burn calories during this 2 hours of non-stop training with our local boxing professional, Craig Tomlinson. Learn the fundamentals of boxing & conditioning using the heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag & focus gloves. Class size is limited & you must pre-register. Members($30) & Non-Members($40) are invited to participate in this intense training seminar. Boxing will add an amazing new dimension to any workout regiment!

Silver Sneakers Classic / Circuit

You don’t have to be “silver” but you will get fit using dumbbells, resistance tubing and light cardio. Great for strength, balance and a full body workout.

L.I.I.T

Low Intensity Interval Training – These low-intensity workouts are absolutely amazing for beginners and adults with little experience or some signs of an aging body starting to show. It also works great as recovery training.

Silver Sneakers Yoga / Stand Strong

A form of standing strength exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness.

Spin

Virtual Class | A stationary bike cardio class for everyone. Low impact and exercise at your own pace. But be warned – this high energy class will ask you to challenge yourself!

Yoga

Virtual Class | A more active yoga class that includes sun salutations and flowing posture sequences, followed by stationary standing, seated, and lying poses. This class will give you both a strengthening and stretching workout!

Zumba Fitness & Sh'bam

Virtual Class | The perfect balance of Cardio and Toning! This dance/fitness class works all the major muscle groups in a high energy cardio blast that leaves the participants invigorated and full of life.
