Spin, Sprint & Spin-Sanity
Spin: A 30 minute to 60 minute stationary bike cardio class for everyone. Low impact. Exercise at your own pace. But – this high energy class will ask you to challenge yourself!
Sprint: a 25-minute Interval Training workout, using a spin bike to achieve fast results. It’s a quick and efficient style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.
Spin–Sanity: A 45 minute stationary bike cardio class for everyone. This class will ask you to challenge yourself! There is an OFF THE BIKE body weight component to this class that provides a full body workout.
