Our Personal Trainers

Lynn Kreider

Owner, Personal Trainer

Lynn started LJ's Fitness in 1989 so that she could bring her love of fitness to everyone!

Lynn brings over 30 years of personal training experience to her clients. Just some of her personal accomplishments are; winning the PA state championship in bodybuilding, being a world record power lifter and training world record power lifters, she is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and a certified nutrition specialist. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management specialist.

In 2015 she was voted one of the top 15 trainers in the country by PFP. She’s been inducted into the PA Sports Hall of Fame for her athletics and for her coaching. One of Lynn and Tim’s proudest moments as trainers is the 2018 Conrad Weiser football team 2018 Berks County section I championship and District III semifinals appearance. This immediately followed their 3-year tenure as the Conrad Weiser strength and
conditioning coaches.

Tim Kreider

Owner, Personal Trainer

Tim is an ACE certified personal trainer and Sports Performance Specialist. He is also a certified yoga instructor and Silver Sneakers group fitness instructor. He is a black belt in Tang Soo Do karate and has completed a traditional marathon and an off road 26-mile trail run.

One of Tim and Lynn’s proudest moments as trainers is the 2018 Conrad Weiser football team 2018 Berks County section I championship and District III semifinals appearance. This immediately followed their 3-year tenure as the Conrad Weiser strength and conditioning coaches. Tim’s greatest joy as a personal trainer is helping others; whether it is simply a desire to regain a lost quality of life, lose a few pounds or train for that next great personal challenge. Tim will help get you there!
